R&D and Innovation

Brief overview
Created and hosted by the Institute for Quantitative Social Science at Harvard University, the Dataverse Network Project is a virtual web archive that allows researchers to publish, share, reference, extract, and analyze research data.

This is a flexible platform to allow researchers to manage their data while maintaining credit and ownership, managing updates and granting access to others.

Application is free to the public to create a dataverse, i.e.  a personalized data archive. Access to the data in the dataverse is determined between the manager of the dataset and the party interested in gaining access.

Dataverse provides a very broad range of measures.

Dataverse is an open source application.

Given the demands with grants regarding data management programs, this program provides a platform for researchers to upload, manage, and protect their data.
